2. No cookies, no analytics

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content; the font is served from our own server. Links to other websites (e.g. vne.it or the website of our cloud POS) are only requested when you click them.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process.

4. Request form and e-mail

When you send the request form, your details (model and quantity, country, name, company, e-mail, phone, message) are transmitted via Cloudflare (see section 3) to Microsoft Azure Functions (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., region West Europe) and delivered to our mailbox as an e-mail via Google Workspace (Gmail; Google Ireland Ltd.). They are not stored in a database. Your IP address is used only to limit the number of requests and is not stored. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process: Microsoft Corporation and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); standard contractual clauses also apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

We process your details – from the form or from an e-mail you send us directly – to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority where you live.
